The Annual Haddenham Vintage Glider Rally is being held as usual during the weekend of the 3rd 4th & 5th May, the May bank holiday. See our What’s On section for more details. The Upward Bound Trust was formed in the early 1960's with the aim of giving young people the opportunity to experience the sport of gliding at a price they can afford. The Trust is a registered charity and its courses are subsidised by private individuals, organisations and the daily efforts of the staff. The staff are enthusiasts from just about every possible walk of life who give voluntary support in the running of the gliding operation. This combined effort enables us to keep costs as low as possible and to achieve maximum enjoyment for all concerned.
